If you are experiencing an issue, please contact our Electronic Services Department at (800) 592-3328, option 3. Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. PT.

After normal business hours, please notify us by email. Please include details on the specific issue you are experiencing, along with the date and time of the occurrence. If possible, please provide a screen snapshot of the problem. A photo is very helpful to us in researching the problem.

Added Security Enhancement to eBranch & Mobile app

We have implemented mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) for account logins from unrecognized devices and other high-risk transactions. When verification is required, a one-time security code will be sent via text message or voice call to the phone number associated with your account.

CEFCU will never ask you for personal, account, credit card, or Social Security information via text or email.

Please check and update your email, mailing address, and phone numbers. Accurate information is crucial for effectively communicating urgent account matters and providing important notices, including MFA.
