Your money is at your fingertips.

External Accounts Funds Transfer allows you to transfer money online to or from your accounts at other financial institutions. Money can be in your account as soon as the same business day.

Some restrictions may apply to both incoming and outgoing transfers.

Set Up External Accounts for Transfers

How to set up an external account

Step 1

Add a New Account

Log in to your account on eBranch and click the “Accounts” tab. Select the “External Accounts” option, then choose “New Account” to begin the process to add an external account at another financial institution.

Not yet enrolled for eBranch?

On our homepage, you’ll find the eBranch login section in the top-right corner. Then, select the “First-Time User” option to begin the enrollment process.

Step 2

Verify Account

Trial deposits will be made to your external account within 1-2 busineess days.

Log in to eBranch and enter the amounts of those two small trial deposits to complete the setup.

Step 3

You’re set!

Start making transfers to and from your external account. You can initiate transfers through eBranch and our mobile app.

Transfers are processed on business days, excluding federal holidays. Processing times cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the External Accounts Transfer Agreement for full details.
